Projects included: public & private work, higher education facilities, municipal facilities, mixed-use, assisted living, medical office buildings, hospital renovations, hotels, high-rise apartment buildings, warehouses, multi-family developments, and parking garages. Scopes of work included: out of the ground, core and shell, site work, service entrances, upfits, and renovations. In addition to my regular estimation responsibilities, I assisted with the training of new hires and worked with the Director of Estimation to develop and prepare Accubid Anywhere software for a company wide rollout across multiple regional offices.

Worked with a small team of dedicated people to improve the energy efficiency and comfort of our clients' homes. This involved performing comprehensive energy audits (both before and after), tightening the building envelope as much as possible, and adding insulation where needed. The end result being increased comfort, greatly reduced heating and cooling bills, and considerably less carbon emissions into our atmosphere.My responsibilities here included managing project inventory, developing job scopes, and supervising teams of volunteers.
