Bij Trigion werk ik inmiddels 12+ jaren met veel plezier en in diverse functies binnen het domein Monitoring en Response. Begonnen als centralist en hoofdcentralist heb ik veel ervaring opgedaan met de operationele uitvoer van de werkzaamheden die horen bij beveiligen op afstand. Daarna heb ik vanaf 2018 als Service Level Manager die kennis gebruikt om de kwaliteit dienstverlening op onze high-risk klanten te verbeteren en was ik verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren van nieuwe diensten in de operatie.Sinds ik Operations Manager ben geworden heb ik mij veel verdiept in diverse aspecten van het veld waaronder Compliancy ervaring op o.a. ISO27001, EN50518 en EN22301. Als leidinggevende van de gehele operationele afdeling heb ik veel geleerd over wat het is om een leider te zijn en wat voor impact mensen op jou kunnen hebben. Door mensen te motiveren en nieuwe complexe projecten te sturen of helpen uitvoeren blijft een super uitdagende job en geeft mij enorm veel energie.
