About Frank Dias

15+ years of communications and engagement experience. I'm a trusted partner and adviser. I'm an AI explorer and have been using and integrating AI into my IC workflows since November 2022. I use AI to hack and improve my personal and professional life. I'm all about Visual and Immersive Storytelling. I've set up an IC➕AI startup called 'Ai x Comms Lab', which I'm having fun with, to help other internal comms pros fast-track their AI knowledge.I work for The Adecco Group. They have their finger on the pulse of the future of workforces worldwide. I'm their Comms Lead for their AI strategic programme.I love mixing with people to find their stories. I'm passionate about designing effective comms and love reading and speaking to other comms folk. Follow me on LinkedIn and on X @LetMeBeFrnk where I (re)X about most things comms, AI, boxing and politics. I’m a curious and creative communicator who thrives on challenges. It's about effective and efficient communication by design. This is where I can help.BY DAY: I'm working on AI and internal comms stuff.BY NIGHT: I can sometimes be found at the odd comms event. Otherwise, it's all about being a good dad and hubby. In my free time, I'm trying to learn Danish; I devour films, shows and animation, dabble in developing film, TV series and book ideas; plan the odd event; fundraise; DJ; and trying new things.
