We are a debt management and modeling software for public finance.I handle all things customer service related from onboarding to training to support including structuring knowledge base articles and building an academy to help with autonomous learning during the onboarding phase.

Welcoming new customers to the company and conducting onboarding and implementation processes. This includes finding out a customer's needs and helping with a complete setup of the product to make them more successful.
