I began my role at Thoughtcast Media by helping out on-location at video shoots, inbetween copywriting jobs. I soon took an interest in video production, and started to help Thoughtcast Media with digital marketing.In wake of the 2020 pandemic, I came on full-time and led the transition of our traditional video production service into a highly scalable, remote video production solution, This included product, brand and strategy development; creation of marketing and sales assets; and systems for delivering high-quality videos to customers, quickly, cost-effectively, and at a safe social-distance.In 2023, I led the initiative to design and implement a bespoke "Video Production Project Management System" that was built to accommodate our unique workflow. This enabled us to automate much of the business and to dramatically increase our production capacity.These systems are in place today, keeping much of the business running on auto-pilot.
