Originally from Wyoming, raised & educated in the Middle East, Europe and the USA. Frank has over 30 years’ experience in the travel industry working with some of the most notable names in the field beginning with Cardillo Travel and including American Express, Travel Store, Ask Mr. Foster, Sundance Travel, Gulf Air, Virgin Records, and The Corniche Group. Frank’s first international flight was a three day trip from New York to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia on a Douglas DC-7C.Joining OSI Systems (NASDAQ:OSIS) in 2003, Frank retired as Director of Global Corporate Travel & Expense January 31st, 2020. While at OSI Frank led the program through three global consolidations, and a multi-national card and expense reporting solution. The travel program, demonstrating its scalability, grew over 1000% since 2003, while headcount decreased by 40%. Past member of the LAX Area Advisory Committee appointed by the Culver City California, City Council, Frank is also a longtime member of GBTA & The Los Angeles Business Travel Association, serving on the LABTA Board for six years including three terms as Director of Government Affairs. Frank resides in Culver City, CA.
