I have a wide range of technical and leadership experience and have contributed to the success of several semiconductor start-up companies in the SF Bay Area. I have been successful in leading multi-disciplinary teams to create industry-leading solutions to challenging problems.Technical experience ranges from transistor-level analog integrated circuit design/layout, IC block-level design/layout, chip-level design/layout/integration/tape-out/bring-up, through advanced semiconductor packaging, socket development, up to the PCB system-level. I have an understanding and working knowledge of high-performance parallel interfaces (e.g. through DDR5) and high-performance serial interfaces (e.g. through PCIe-gen5), as well as understanding of many other important circuit domains. My analog background serves me well.One important facet of my leadership and management capabilities is my ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams -- thermal, mechanical, electrical (signal integrity, power integrity, ...), and so on. I thrive in guiding my team in environments that require blurring of the lines between domains to achieve optimal solutions, not only from a technical perspective, but also from a business perspective.I enjoy a work environment in which I am involved in strategic and executive activities, in addition to project execution activities.
