As a New Ways of Working researcher, we find ways to improve work environments. With state of the art measuring and survey tools we generate data on the use of workspaces and user experience for our clients. Good data and analysis forms the basis for improving processes and determining future strategies.We measure workspaces, conduct surveys and give workshops in order to support workplace decisions and involve stakeholders.

As a senior New Ways of Working consultant I helped digitize work environments. Moreover, I was responsible for the development of surveys and Space Utilization Studies in order to research working spaces. I also gave workshops and master classes in order to increase the support and involvement of employees to changes in their work environment.

In Cambodia I worked with various development aid organizations on projects to promotedigitization, improve processes and mediate between cultures. Our method consisted of interviews with different stakeholders. Based on interviews, I drew up the plans that I was allowed to implement. The cultural differences and the disparity between formal training of expatriates and mostCambodians is big. To improve the cohesion within mixed teams, we developed a communication workshop. Using the concept of gaming we effectively improved the connection between the participants of our workshop.

For my clients I introduced New Ways of Working digitally and in particular implemented digital archiving solutions. My tasks were concept development, change management and planning.

For Dutch municipalities and governmental institutions I designed and introduced digital document workflows and archives.

The ImpulsEC project had the goal to set up a German E-Commerce master programme on the basis of problem based e-learning modules. I worked as a project coordinator, researcher and module developer for this project.

I started as a project manager at IOS Interactive where I was responsible for the development of websites and several major online shops using Intershop Enfinity.
