Frank is seasoned Cyber Security and project management professional with 17+ years of IT related experience and close to 14 years of Network/Application Security Assessment, Penetration Testing, Information Assurance, Assessment and Authorization (A&A), IT Security Policy design, Security Awareness Training, Continuity of Operations (COOP), and vulnerability mitigation experience. He brings management experiences in budgeting, personnel development, and IT Security Infrastructure planning. Frank’s experience is a culmination of 14 years of both Military and industry experience ranging from Department of Defense (DoD) (US Air Force, US Army, DISA, DLA, and DSS) to federal agencies (US Patent/Trade Office (USPTO), Department of State (DoS), Federal Reserve, and the Department of Justice (DoJ)).
