Current• Actively develop and lead the Good Funding technology strategic vision, and all aspects of technological development, growth, and maintenance• Identify emerging technologies, analyze, assimilate and integrate within the organization• Oversee operations that safeguard systems and data through proper access controls, internal permissions, monitoring of accesses and processes, and response• Ensure that operational processes including application support and development, system administration, helpdesk, security, telecommunications, and audio-visual are run efficiently, delivering reliable and timely customer service• Directs the preparation, review, and consolidation of IT business plans, budgets, and forecasts• Formulates IT policies, procedures, and performance management processes and measures
