• Actively develop and lead the Good Funding technology strategic vision, and all aspects of technological development, growth, and maintenance• Identify emerging technologies, analyze, assimilate and integrate within the organization• Oversee operations that safeguard systems and data through proper access controls, internal permissions, monitoring of accesses and processes, and response• Ensure that operational processes including application support and development, system administration, helpdesk, security, telecommunications, and audio-visual are run efficiently, delivering reliable and timely customer service• Directs the preparation, review, and consolidation of IT business plans, budgets, and forecasts• Formulates IT policies, procedures, and performance management processes and measures

• Bridge communication gap between Business Users and IT teams • Fill several roles depending on company needs including: Project Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analyst, UI Designer, QA/UAT Lead• Design creative technology solutions using prototyping software to fit unique business scenarios• Support production systems by troubleshooting functionality and querying databases for data issues• Manage all projects including software development, business intelligence, and data science in an Agile environment• Interface with the executive team to provide statuses of current projects, recommendations of technology solutions, and establish IT project priorities.• Develop new business processes to improve efficiency in Sales, Processing, Credit, Funding, Collections, and Accounting Departments• Track all tasks/projects in project management software and ticket tracking system• Coordinate onsite and offsite software development teams across multiple projects
