AP helps faculty members convert their on-campus courses and programs into an online format, recruits qualified students for those programs and helps retain enrolled students through graduation.

In my role, I established strategic relationships with faculty, deans, provosts and other university leaders, and executed sales and business development programs from outreach to contract. I directed national sales and business development efforts resulting in 400% growth, and helped drive product and business strategy.

Experience, Inc. provided online recruiting and career development solutions to colleges, universities, and recruiters. I oversaw the delivery of our national account management and client development to over 500 university clients, while building relationships with senior decision-makers at top accounts.

I directed all functions of this comprehensive university career planning office. I led a team of fifteen as we delivered career services to undergraduates, graduate students, and alumni/ae, and implemented outreach strategies to employers. We expanded utilization of our services to all constituents and established collaborative partnerships with other universities, resulting in enormous growth in job listings, internships, and student satisfaction.
