Frank founded Whitestone Associates in 1992. He brings over 25 years of global business proficiency, financial transactions on four continents, and successful transactions with international Fortune 500 companies to his role as Whitestone’s Senior Managing Director. His expertise in acquisitions, divestitures, and capital funding for small to mid-sized clients benefit the domestic and international niche markets in which Whitestone caters. Frank shares his expert knowledge and passion for teaching as adjunct professor at Adelphi University and Stevens Institute of Technology Graduate Schools of Business , instructing MBA students on courses regarding entrepreneurship, finance and strategic management. In July, 2019, evaluated as an outstanding instructor by his Stevens students. Frank has authored articles on financial and managerial resources for business journals.
