Frank is the president and CEO of Noverant, a global provider of information, training and compliance management services. He led the acquisition of the company in 2006 and has driven consistent growth in the US and abroad. His career began at IBM Federal Systems, where he served in various leadership roles including member of the President’s Technology Advisory Board. He then held executive and board roles at Bell & Howell (NYSE:BHW), where he drove the privatization, turn-around, and subsequent sale of the business. He earned a doctorate in electrical engineering from Rensselaer as an IBM Ph.D. Resident Fellow and holds patents in signal processing and recognition systems. Frank was an adjunct faculty member at the State University of New York, guest lecturer at Duke University and invited strategic advisor to diverse Federal agencies and private equity firms. He is a Fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), SEC-qualified audit committee financial expert and has held board positions in diverse public, private and non-profit firms.
