Master planning, concept design initiatives and real estate analyses for a major medical institution Manhattan. Construction documents for Weill-Cornell Medical College research building on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Submission packages or variance approvals from NYC Board of Standards and Appeals (BSA).

Year-long internship with Rem Koolhaas' New York office. Concept and schematic design phases for Institute of Science and Technology at Caltech University.
