Led a group of Project Managers responsible for directing the activities of cross functional teams whose goal is to successfully launch new custom software projects for our customers. Instituted a Stage Gate Product Development Process using best practices to better satisfy the customer requirements and created standardized reporting mechanisms to minimize communication barriers.
