- Lead the whole Aisera UI team to build customer facing application, which includes: Customer facing Admin UI, Channel application, which include chat bot, WebEx/Slack/MS Team integrations- Architect Design for major new features- Propose and implement new architect using Micro Frontend technology based on Module Federation- Help coordinate between multiple teams for the AI application implementations- Monitor, analyze and resolve urgent customer issues- Quality assurance for the Aisera projects through Unit Test and E2E test- Conduct Release planning, feature planning as well as sprint management- Hire and Grow engineering team- Create VS Code Extension for Aisera application

- Led a team of up to 15 people across the world to build Netskope’s customer facing application- Designed and built Netskope’s AI/ML GPT system alongside data scientists, converted Netskope products to be AI oriented step by step- Lead team to migrate existing Angular application to Microfrontend/MicroService system using Module Federation, so as to make the whole netskope application horizontally scalable and highly performant- Designed and wrote E2E tests using Selenium and Python, also introduced BDD testing solutions- Designed and built monitoring dashboard for system stability using Grafana/Prometheus technology

- Led DataVisor UI team to build DataVisor’s customer facing web applications, controlled code quality and architected main features- Upgraded UI platform from VueJS to Angular while building a reusable component library in ReactJS- Designed and built Insight Center, giving user no-code solution to build fully customizable dashboard with Click House as backend data store solution- Designed and built a E2E testing solution using Java/Selenium with Cucumber BDD, making the existing release system much more robust- Introduced Kubernetes as docker management solution for all the datavisor’s docker images- Used Java/Spring framework to build fast and reliable REST api for Datavisor’s customers and frontend applications

- Led the team to upgrade current applications (written in Backbone/Angular1.4) to ReactJS/Redux, focusing more in component/module development- Led the UI team to choose next generation solution, and selected Angular4 as main UI framework for all the current CSS applications- Provided highly performant API service using spring mvc, spring security, spring saml, spring cloud- Also created CD/CI systems using Jenkins to make deployment fully automatic

- Created new platform using Spring4 to replace current Python code in order to achieve higher performance - Used MEAN stack, Mongodb, Express, AngularJS, NodeJS to build a brand new product, iTest Create, a web version of iTest desktop application- Used Python/Django backend and AngularJS to build iTestPlay platform

- Leading/monitoring a team of up to six developers to provide high quality PHP web application- Update the project architecture to make the whole project highly extendible and robust through MVC structure.- Setting up data synchronisation mechanism between DealFind database and third party email service provider, Exact Target, using PHP Soap client

- Using Java with Spring framework, Spring MVC, Hibernate/IBatis and BlazeDS to provide data service to Flex application which is written in Action Script 3- Develop whole company admin system by using php5 on the symfony framework, which can be used to manage user/company/media/video in our system
