VERMEER SALES & SERVICE• Field Service Technician; diagnose, maintain and repair various types of Vermeer equipment at the dealership or in the field.• Maintain inventory on field service truck to have the correct parts in the field, quickly solving breakdowns.• Work and communicate to customers who were not always happy about their equipment being broken and company losing money. DRILLTECH • Manage and repair over 100 pieces of equipment including semi-truck, trucks, trailers, directional drills, mud mixing systems, vacuum trailers and generators. • Implement a Department of Transportation (DOT) inspection program that brought the fleet into compliance with federal regulations.• Transfer hand written maintenance files to computer spread sheets.
