Frank began studying financial planning as a hobby in the early 1990s while still active-duty Air Force. As he explained, “I learned through casual conversations that many of my pilot and navigator friends were making financial mistakes and missing opportunities. Clearly, there was a tremendous need for professional, middle-income financial advisors.” Frank felt a calling to give regular folks access to trustworthy and independent financial expertise.In 2008, Frank retired from the Air Force and soon attained Enrolled Agent status in order to practice before the IRS. As Frank puts it, “Everything about finances has a tax question! So how can a financial ‘expert’ not be a tax expert?” Frank maintains a fee-for-service professional business model similar to the family doctor: “I can handle the full range of issues at less cost and you won’t have to worry if your broker is causing you to pay more taxes or if your life insurance is undermining your retirement. My goal is to integrate all the pieces of your financial life--taxes, insurance, investments, retirement, and estate."Specialties: Frank is a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA), and the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP).
