BizLink is a global manufacturing company developing interconnect solutions and providing essential components, wire harnesses and cables to industries such as IT and CE, motor vehicle, electrical appliances, medical equipment, industrial, optical fiber communication, and solar. I worked in the Digital Transformation Office and lead a team with three team members taking care of Salesforce CRM, and global Quotation Platform web application which is currently implementing by using React.js ,Django and Restful API. We aim to accelerate and automate the workflows in our 34 manufactories and quotation centers.

o mainly in charge of the maintenance of Salesforce CRM including system administration, daily user support, new requests, change requests, system customizations and user trainings. These works will leverage related technique skills such as settings of user profiles , roles, permission sets, groups , object and field creations, record types , validation rules , approval process, workflow , process builder , flow builder , Apex ,report types, report and dashboard, etc. o system integration between salesforce and ERP: mainly leverage Talend integration tools to connect MS SQL and salesforce, however , since we have cloud-based SAP ERP, we started to implement integration by using API and program language Python and Java.o MS SQL database, warehouse : This warehouse is located in Taiwan and is used to retrieve ERP data from another MS SQL DB located in HK which served the business of our 14 branch offices around the world. This warehouse is dealing with the ETL and aggregation of different ledgers and currencies of invoices so that they can be imported to salesforce via Talend.o currently , we have monthly revenue excel data provided by six region offices which are manually imported to salesforce. Since there are always issues with the incorrect data so I created a web site implemented by Python/Django to verify the format and correctness of the excel file.

In charge of Department of Data Management , and playing a role of a team manager leading four members taking care of data warehouse ( hosted on Teradata) , ETL process (leveraging Trinity), report and dashboard (via Qlik ) and provided a data analytics service across internal users and groups of our companies.
