- Responsible for procuring all of Eaton's parcel freight globally.- Co-created a patent with Eaton for the management of Parcel Data insights during RFQ.- Developed E2E strategic sourcing plans to measure and optimize freight spend, via RFP/RFQ for over 400 Eaton locations. This ranged from release to implementation stage and the management of one of Eaton's single largest supplier MSA's.- Lead all senior level negotiations with strategic vendors to achieve procurement excellence targets, up to CEO level, with the largest global logistics carriers.- Generated sound financial plans for monthly review and managed cross-functional engagement to identify project opportunities, targeting the offset of premium freight spend.

- Developed and managed all Global Logistics Procurement data requirements for negotiated modes, including Less than Truckload, Full Truckload, Air, Ocean & Small Parcel.- Created global databases for Eaton to manage freight spend. This requires a deep understand of all modes of transport managed, both contractually and operationally.- Travelled globally to get an in-depth understanding of Eaton's logistics operations and the D2D impact the Procurement function has with its stakeholders.
