- Supervise HSSE Advisor, Logistics Supervisor, Transport Executive, Planner and OrderTaker and three (3) delivery contractors- Ensure no LTI, fatalities and incidents in LPG Business including road & marine transportoperation, repair and maintenance operation at LPG outlets.- Build up the Safety Management System and carry out risk assessment to different operationarea to manage the risks and reduce them to ALARP.- Monitor and implement the HSSE plan in related to the distribution activities according toschedule and promote a proactive culture in the transport operation.- Ensure compliance of LPG operations (including LPG cylinder business and Road Transport)with applicable laws, permits, regulations, all the relevant internal/ external process &requirements- Create and assure a safe working environment for road transport operation.- Develop execution plan, methodology and strategy for formulation of distribution network.Formulate contracting strategy for procurement of transport services, LPG cylinders andnecessary equipment as required by the business.- To plan and manage the operational budgets for distribution and LPG cylinder business,propose cost saving measures and carry out optimization.- Ensure adequate stock in the LPG Plan, industrial/ commercial customers, estate outlets andAutoLPG Stations- Ensure order to delivery process including order creation, scheduling & order confirmationdone in safe and effective manner.- Ensure supply security and product quality- Supervise the team members in executing the above duties and work closely with LPG Plant& Dept. Managers to have those works done efficiently.- Lead the team to achieve their objectives- Understand the various business needs and deliver distribution services, order to deliveryservices & supply operation services that enable the business to achieve their objectives

- Supervise Transport Supervisor, Scheduler and Order Taker and three (3) deliverycontractors.- Ensure no LTI, fatalities and record-able incidents in the transportation activities inparticular all road transport HSSE control measures are in place.- Develop execution plan, methodology and strategy for formulation of service scope intransport services. Formulate contracting strategy for procurement of transport services andnecessary equipment as required by the business.- Exercise effective control, training and management of selected contractors to maintainShell’s standards and competitiveness in the industry. Liaise with customers/accountmanagers so as to define effective distribution operations in full compliance with existingcompany standards, policies and statutory requirements.- Monitor safety performance of driver and delivery contractors by incentive scheme scoringsystem, quarterly performance review, LoD1 and RT pillars audit.- Prepare and review working procedures and instructions for controlling the safety & qualityof work.- Maintain effective working relationship with distributors, direct customers, operators,account managers, territory managers (Retail Stations) and customer service officersto support distribution operation & order to delivery process.- Monitor and implement the HSSE plan in related to the distribution activities according toschedule and promote a proactive culture in the transport operation.- Conduct appraisal and formulate measures for proactive improvement of HSSE performanceof delivery contractors. Regular review of Road Transport HSSE cases and Maritime HSSEcase to bring it a live document under operation control.- Provide support and advice to all road transport activities at LPG Plant.- Provide 24-hour emergency response services in related to LPG distribution and transportoperations under operation control.

- Supervise Supply Operation Executive, Transport Supervisor, Scheduling Assistant andOrder Taker and four (4) delivery contractors- Develop strategy for formulation of requirements in Supply Chain and Distribution Servicein Hong Kong & Macau.- Manage the negotiation of 3rd parties (LPG Supplier such as Sinopec, Nam Kwong, ZhuhaiGas) and other Shell Company (Trading) to identify opportunities for Supply ChainOptimization and delivering associated supply chain cost savings- Ensure that all contracts are “fit for purpose” so as to meet SHK and its customers supplyrequirements.- Manage effective replenishment pattern and monitor product quality.- Prepare proposal and develop Supply Service scope to Wholesales Customers.- Manage contracts of wholesales business and establish good business relationship withcustomers.- Ensure the transportation and delivery of LPG (Road & Marine Transport in both Hong Kong& Macau) to be conducted in a safe and efficient manner, consistent with agreed standards ofproduct quality and customer services.- Monitor and implement the HSSE plan in related to the supply & distribution activitiesaccording to schedule and promote a proactive culture in the transport operation.- Conduct appraisal and formulate measures for proactive improvement of HSSE performanceof hauliers. Regular review of Transport HSSE cases to bring it a live document underoperation control.- Formulate contracting strategy for procurement of transport services, testing service andnecessary equipment as required by the business.- Exercise effective control, training and management of selected contractors to maintainShell’s standards and competitiveness in the industry.- Provide 24-hour emergency response services in related to LPG Supply & Distribution

- Manage the Refinishing, Bodyworks & Project Workshop.- Supervise foreman, senior technician, painting team & bodywork team.- Provide consulting service, technical support, prepare quotation, design special purposevehicle, bodybuilding, and special tools according to the customer request such as EMSD,AAHK, TMML, ATAL, Swire Coca-Cola, New Hong Kong Tunnel Company Ltd., etc.- Provide accident body repair service, crane repair service, tank repair service, paintingservice to truck, coach, escalator step, etc., training & after sales services to the client.- Follow up the project such as installation of Air-Compressor, Fuel Meter, Aerial WorkingPlatform Vehicle, Recovery Vehicle, Sweeper, High Pressure Water Jetting/ Suction Vehicle,Hooklift, Trailer, Tunnel Patrol Vehicle, Beverage Vehicle etc.

- Design the special purpose vehicle.- Follow up the project such as installation of crane, mobile generator, tail-lift, design &manufacture of special purpose vehicle such as aerial working platform vehicle, recoveryvehicle, police vehicle, nightsoil vehicle, street washer vehicle etc.- Prepare job order to supervisor, foremen & technician.- Solve the technical problem during the production.- Provide technical solution, training & after sales services to the client.- Handle new vehicle type approval, vehicle repair & maintenance.

- Monitor the annual test progress and carry out the correction for the defect.- Follow up the major repair; prepare accident report, quarterly inspection report, ISOdocumentation, maintenance/ calibration to equipment, etc.- Responsible for the Co-ordination between Workers, Foreman, Engineer and RegisteredEngineer.- Prepare cad drawing.- Supervise the escalator repair team and major repair team.- Carry out modification to the lift to comply the COP requirement.

- Tendering.- Responsible for the estimating work and prepared quotation.- Followed up the project.- Responsible for the Co-ordination between Workers, Foreman, Engineer and Q.S.- Attended the site meeting.- Prepared the invoice to Q.S. of the Main-Contractor.- Prepared the shop-drawing required by the engineer of the Main-Contractor.
