My main responsibility was as primary contact for individual customers, this required many skills including problem solving, prioritisation, communication and time management. Additional responsibilities also related to marketing, finance, group bookings, general operations and logistics. During my year I was also able to spend time exploring the mountains, skiing, running, hiking and climbing.
