District Sales ManagerCvs Health Oct 2015 - Dec 2017I relocated to the Louisville market in 2015 to turn around the lowest performing district in the region. Managed 21 stores and pharmacies with $155 million in annual revenue and approximately 21 Store Managers, 47 Pharmacists, and 250 hourly employees. • Successfully turned around 6 designated “Challenge” stores in the Louisville district in less than 18 months by resolving staffing issues, implementing coaching to improve manager/employee confidence, reestablishing compliance with policies/procedures, and replacing underperforming Store Managers/Pharmacists with top producers. • Generated an immediate and on-going impact by implementing district-wide management strategies that increased month over month performance across all measurable categories from October 2015 through December 2017. • Developed, trained, and coached a new Pharmacy Supervisor that contributed to increasing district ranking from last place in 2015 to #4 out of #9 in the region by the end of 2017. • Led the efforts that opened two new locations in October and November 2016. -
