I work as an IT Service Desk Engineer, handling both 1st and 2nd line IT support, and collaborating with external 3rd line support. My role is full-time and onsite.My daily tasks include interacting with end users, resolving IT issues and incidents, and fulfilling requests. Occasionally, I participate in projects to provide IT support. I frequently use tools such as Active Directory, SCCM, O365 Admin, Service-Now, CUCM, and Windows + Windows Server.I am expected to work effectively in a team, cooperate with other teams and departments across the business, and also manage my time and resources independently.

In 2021, I joined Edinburgh Airport as an IT Service Desk Analyst/Junior Service Desk Engineer, providing both 1st and 2nd line IT support. Concurrently, I pursued studies with QA at levels 6 and 8 in IT and Telecoms. After completing my studies in July 2023, I transitioned to the role of Service Desk Engineer within the same team.
