This role included more project work. I took on responsibility for arranging small print runs to replenish stock and arranged minor distributions to stores. Booking advertising was a large part of this role, and included both national and regional press as well as local leaflet distributions. Through my experience gained in the department I provided support to other members of the team. I also took responsibility for the Marketing elements of a consolidation project the business underwent, I arranged for all relevant customers to be informed of any changes, produced applicable marketing material for stores pre and post relocation, and worked alongside external suppliers to request stores are removed from any online sites. I also gained experience in writing several press releases to be published on our company website and social media channels.
