With a passion for marketing and relationship building, I am excited to be working as an Account Coordinator at iHeartMedia’s Katz Media Group, the largest media representation company in the United States. We provide advertisers and agencies with one point of access to hundreds of millions of consumers across the country, giving locally- relevant solutions to national marketers. In this position, I play the crucial role of mediating the relationship between advertisers/ agencies and radio stations. I am tasked with maintaining communication between these parties, often handling billing discrepancies, ensuring digital assets are available on time, and manually processing orders in our internal systems. Through consistent coordination with the clients and stations, I help keep business relationships strong and healthy by relieving any potential friction between the two parties. Outside of this role, I act as a freelance audio engineer where I record, mix, and master projects for local artists, as I have a spirit for entrepreneurship and music. I am lucky to have taken the time during the pandemic to invest and educate myself in audio production. I have used this skill to develop a small client base of local artists who use my space and time to make their creative vision come to life. I also had the fortunate opportunity of building a creative community of over 100 artists within my first several months in New York City called “SUPERNOVA WORLDWIDE”, focused on breaking the barriers that restrict young adults from learning artistic disciplines, such as music production. I managed social media accounts, planned, organized, and hosted networking events/ showcases, and provided affordable studio time for many artists. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Florida and have taken online completion courses in Music Industry Essentials out of New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. Through education, acquired skill, and passion, I am looking forward to carving a path for myself in the music and media industries.
