Los Angeles (8/2021 - Present)New York (9/2019 - 8/2021)NBCUniversal’s in-house global Executive Search Group is a best-in-class team responsible for all executive leadership recruiting across the entire NBCU portfolio of brands including: Direct to Consumer / Streaming, Digital, Broadcast, Studios, Film, Park, News, Sports, International and Corporate.Responsibilities include:• Lead coordination teams across Los Angeles, New York, and London offices on preparing status reports, client presentations, metrics reporting and group best practices• Provide calendar management, travel booking, expense reporting, and other administrative support to executive leadership, including organizing and planning team offsite events• Managing senior and C-level executives through a best-in-class search process, as well as interfacing with NBCU HR and executive leadership.• Ensuring ''white glove'' standard of service for all stakeholders (candidates, hiring managers, HR partners, interviewers, etc.) through all stages of the search process• Own interview coordination process throughout the search to ensure a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and clients, including constructing interview itineraries, arranging travel, reserving interview rooms, handling reimbursement requests, acting as the primary point-of-contact, etc.• In collaboration with NBCU's Employee Resource Groups, executive produced and organized an ongoing series of executive mixers to encourage executive referrals from diverse backgrounds• Manage requisition and candidate tracking data in NBCU's Applicant Tracking System (BrassRing) and Content Management System (Encore)• Draft and post formal job descriptions, ensuring compliance standards are met• Own the New Hire Onboarding process, including preparation of offer/transfer letters and contracts, initiating background checks and communicating with clients and new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience

-Supported two Directors of Operations, with additional support for the SVP of Operations and rotational coverage for the two Co-Presidents of Sony Pictures Classics-Responsible for clearing and collecting box office and monies due from theaters and circuits, including major chains AMC and Cinemark, before releasing prints to be shipped to theaters for current play dates.-Collect all delinquent film rental and box office reports into computer.-Responsible for entering, batching and depositing daily film payments in rotation with other billing employees.

Conducted research, transcribed interviews, logged new and archival footage. Assisted producers with daily tasks and assisted in documentary production. Performed administrative duties and served as a personal assistant.

Provided script coverage and feedback for pilot scripts, staffing samples and current programming. Managed and distributed rough cuts of scripted programming. Performed administrative duties including assisting development executives.
