Because I'm known for getting things done, I am brought in to work with clients and third parties, often as part of large transformational programmes. So much of what I do today is not about my functional skills but about getting you, the client, to achieve your goals. I do that by understanding your business and the puzzle in front of me - I relish a challenge. For me, it is so important that we come up with a solution that is sustainable - when I walk away I want to be confident that it will work. The project teams I've been involved in vary from 20 - 120 people. For the projects I'm on, I'm either wearing a solutions hat or a project management hat. As Solution Architect, I have delivered projects in SAP SD, MM, SAP CRM and SAP TPM. As Project Manager, I have led projects with multiple partners working together to drive maximum impact.I have in depth experience in manufacturing, aerospace & defence, energy & resources, education, media and pharma industries.Having worked extensively in the UK and continental Europe has enabled a deep understanding of, and the ability to work with, the influences and challenges that impact global business. It never ceases to amaze me how similar and yet how different the projects in different countries are.An active member of the Board of Trustees of Elleray Community Association since 2018 concentrating primarily on bringing a business focus to the Board. I’ve been the principal trustee, working alongside the Chair, in the design phase of our new premises; in dealings with the London Borough of Richmond council during lease and funding negotiations; the primary contact in our conversations with our legal team; and in recruitment of staff for the charity.
