Key Achievements and Responsibilities:* Designed, iterated, and ultimately automated deployment of our flagship product* Reduced product calibration and testing costs by 79%, decreased time to deployment by 88%, and tripled deployment capacity* Built fully automated root causing tool, providing critical feedback and insights to stakeholders instantly* Worked with stakeholders to identify hardware, software, and operational changes to greatly improve product performance* Advised on product development, providing key insights to improve product efficiency, expedite development, influence product roadmaps, and significantly reduce HITL costs* Jira & JSD Subject Matter Expert, creating solutions and solving complex issues for cross-functional teams in a fraction of the time previously required* Using a combination of SaaS and APIs, designed innovative automations and cross platform integrations not natively supported* Implemented rigorous quality measures, creating and monitoring new metrics to ensure industry-leading performance* Focus on leadership and professional development resulting in high-performance culture and promotion of 2 direct reports
