The project manager responsible for developing CSC entry strategy into the Middle Eastern Supply Chain/Logistics market. Responsible for strategy development, updating status reports, and briefing the company execs and outside partners on the progress of the effort. Also worked with the Navy, helping to introduce and establish Knowledge Management systems, for enterprise knowledge sharing and measurement, to support and strengthen the Department’s knowledge sharing requirements.

Taught and researched at the college level, in the Supply Chain Management domain, and also conducted extensive work in the Health and IT arena. Within SCM, performed detailed Operations Analysis and Research for purchase and distribution systems within the US automotive, aerospace, and chemical industries, including focusing on the architectural infrastructure, and the requisite industry and business process controls that must be integrated to effectively manage human capital. Proven experience in identifying the operational background and deficiencies affecting successful architectural program integration, and have analyzed and developed strategies and frameworks necessary for successful acquisitions.Recent years of research have focused on how, and why, historically underserved groups appropriate information and communication technologies (ICT). More specifically, the research examines how African Americans are socially shaping technology to create virtual “third place” communities as a means to create new social support systems for discussing, preventing, and coping with health crises, such as HIV/AIDS. Included in this is the examination of the performance of racial and ethnic identities in virtual communities, ICT education and workforce participation in the African Diaspora, and the influence of racial, class and gender identities on health information seeking and content creation.
