Robin Quinn, CPA, and Frank Impagliazzo, PE, are excited to announce the acquisition of the east coast division of Fast Pipe Lining, Inc. and the formation of Fast Pipe Lining East, Inc., a women-owned business enterprise (WBE certification pending). Fast Pipe Lining East, Inc. (Fast Pipe East) specializes in the installation of Cured-In-Place Pipe liners for the rehabilitation of existing pipe systems, and will be located at 563 Walther Road, Newark, Delaware. Cured-In-Place Pipe liners renew and extend the service life of sanitary sewers, storm sewers, outfalls, road culverts and process piping systems. Ms. Quinn, a Certified Public Accountant, has more than 30 years’ experience in public and corporate accounting and management. Mr. Impagliazzo is a registered Professional Engineer, with more than 30 years’ experience in water, wastewater and storm water pipeline and system installation, operations, maintenance, and rehabilitation. Fast Pipe East combines the management and project management expertise of Quinn and Impagliazzo, and will leverage the extensive experience of the acquired business, including the unparalleled CIPP experience of Rick Fast, a pioneer in trenchless technology, who will provide technical consulting services for Fast Pipe East as it services the growing CIPP needs of the Eastern United States.“THINK FAST”
