I am responsible for representing Aon at an enterprise level to deliver data-driven insights and solutions around Risk, Retirement, Health and Talent that enable faster growth for clients with a global footprint. In this role, I partner with senior leadership at a select group of clients to explore critical business issues and define methods of unlocking growth and delivering more value to stakeholders. I bring an Aon United approach to each client by focusing on the following core areas of activity:• Develop new ideas that support growth and efficiency by investing time to know and understand the client at an in-depth level • Leverage Aon’s worldwide data and analytics capability to offer insights that inform specific day-to-day decisions as well as long-term strategic planning • Augment simplicity by serving as a single-point-of-contact to client senior leadership • Marshal the resources and expertise of global Aon to provide the most benefit to clients and their stakeholders
