As VP of Finance and Administration, I oversee Finance, Information Technology, and Human Resources departments. I am the steward of the Company’s financial operations globally and the plan administrator of the Company’s 401K profit-sharing plan. I am a member of the leadership team responsible for the strategic direction of the Company. I am also involved in several company-wide initiatives that will expand opportunities for CS and our almost 2,000 employees. Highlights include:• Implementing Oracle cloud based modules for Human Capital Management (HCM) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) - Hyperion.• Innovation Framework – We developed a platform where creativity is celebrated and encouraged for the betterment of our customers and employees. • Learning & Development – CS invested in two major training programs that I oversee: a Cornerstone Supervisory Training series and a Lean Six Sigma curriculum. The Cornerstone training is a four-day, hands-on class for frontline supervisors, which has received high praises from participating employees. The Lean Six Sigma course was implemented to not only look at our manufacturing processes, but also how we serve our customers. Employees from our European and domestic operations, in cross-functional roles, are currently bringing the LSS principles to life within CS.

I was in charge of the Finance department during a time when the company tripled in size since I first took over the department. I was also the plan administrator of the Company’s 401K profit-sharing plan.
