Compensation Analyst
Sutter is a nationally recognized, not-for-profit regional healthcare delivery system comprised of 100,000+ physicians, employees and volunteers, 23 acute hospitals, and 200+ clinics throughout Northern California. The compensation function is staffed with 30+ professionals and support staff. I was hired under a 6-month limited-term contract (extended to 9 months) to assist on 2 projects: Refresh market data on 500 benchmark jobs using the Payscale application and standardize premium pay differentials across the system, including evenings, nights, weekends, standby, preceptor, charge, and lead.
