He was then named Chief Executive Officer for Pamlab, with sales of $133 million, with direct responsibility for all functions; R&D, manufacturing, finance, sales, marketing, medical affairs, scientific, regulatory, legal, IT and human resources, and a U.S. based manufacturing facility. More recently, he served as Global President for the Nestlé Walmart business, transforming the relationship from a transactional supplier to a global strategic partner. Then Frank served as President of Nestlé USA’s Baking Division, reversing a 4-year decline in sales, profit, market share, and household penetration, by driving a bold new turn-around business strategy.Frank holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He is married with two children and lives in New York City.
