Key Achievements• Launched the first 5G service globally, a fixed wireless access offering competing with cable, then launched the first publicly available mobile service on 5G NR.• Achieved nationwide 5G coverage; 100 M people covered with 5G Ultra (C-band); 30 M homes covered with a combination of C-Band FWA and fiber. • Accurately predicted a period of relative spectrum disadvantage, enabling the commercial team to prepare, resulting in $2.5 billion / 4.7% service revenue growth during the challenging period.• Prepared benefit portion of business case for C-Band auction, enabling Verizon’s bid to exceed $45 billion, more than double its spectrum holdings, and win the most spectrum of any bidder. • Attained double digit revenue growth in non-core services every year, surpassing total revenues of $8 billion in 2021. • Introduced Financial Services, including launch of a Verizon credit card and Family Money service.
