In my role as Senior Business Development Manager and as part of the Senior Management team of Ctac, I facilitate the business development and innovation activities towards the Ctac organization with focus on the Customer Experience (CX) portfolio. As a business owner and senior supplier I am responsible for the roadmap, portfolio and the delivery organisation and I am fully supportive to the sales organisation.Our CX ambition: “We want to be the trusted customer experience partner for our customers and deliver business consultancy and best-fit solutions".With this ambition and a broad portfolio of e-Commerce, Product Information Management (PIM), CRM, Digital Marketing, Loyalty and Point-of-Sale (POS) solutions, we ensure that the Digital ambitions of our clients come true.In addition: Together with the portfolio manager and peer manager in Belgium, we have the responsibility to make new propositions and innovations part of the portfolio and embedd these solutions and activities in the daily operation of Ctac.
