While instrumental in developing FP&A modeling for numerous investment projects, Frank provided key guidance for the Global software implementation of an ERP platform and implemented pricing models and cost reductions to increase overall profitability.Frank previously worked for a startup and served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Quick Fitting, Inc. In this capacity, Frank was responsible for Corporate Financial Reporting, Capital Formation, Information Technology, Human Resources, Treasury, Internal controls, and Corporate Governance. Since Quick Fitting’s beginning, Frank has overseen triple-digit sales growth to thousands of retail and wholesale locations throughout North America.Frank has a successful track record in change management and business development. As an executive at Bates, an industrial distribution company, he streamlined the operation by reducing non-payroll operating costs by 20%. As the former senior financial executive for RFC, Inc. Frank transformed the hi-tech manufacturing company from a publicly-traded company to a privately held entity through a Reverse Triangular Merger. Frank previously held a key financial management position at Summit Technology, Inc. As the youngest person appointed to the management team, He was involved in major projects that included a successful acquisition of a competing manufacturer and a Global ERP software implementation. Frank was an integral part of the high growth of a small medical device company that resulted in an approximate $1 Billion acquisition by Alcon Laboratories, Inc.He served on the Board of Directors as an officer of Quick Fitting, Inc. He is a former member of the Strengthening Rhode Island committee appointed by U.S. Congressman James Langevin and was a former board member of the Institute of Management Accountants, SE MA Chapter.
