That mixed with an impeccable work ethic, Frank earned a progressively bigger role in several projects. For example, Frank came to Thalle with minimal earthwork model analysis experience and left having done the earthwork analysis for a major project that directly resulted in a winning bid, having done it largely unsupervised. It was quite impressive. Frank has a good-natured personality, a very technical mind, and has a nose for the details, perfect ingredients for an aspiring engineer. Although he wasn't able to make it out into the field due to circumstances out of his control, Frank became a very integral part of the team and has been sorely missed. I have no doubt that Frank knows what he wants and will work hard to achieve his goals. I wish him nothing but the best."
