Prior to the start of Digne Consult Asia Pacific, I worked for several international training and consultancy organisations. I have more than thirty years of experience in Learning & Development. I train, and coach professionals and teams at different levels in profit and non-profit organisations in Asia Pacific and Europe. Besides training, coaching and consultancy I write articles for the trade press and am author of: "Shortcuts To Excellence 52 tips to boost your productivity and effectiveness", "Harnessing the Potential of Singapore's Multi Generational Workforce", "Tips to boost Employee Engagagement within MINDEF/SAF". I have shared my knowledge at different conferences in the region regarding attracting and retaining Generation Y, Managing a Multigenerational Workforce, Young Professionals and Employee Engagement. Originally I obtained my Bachelor Degree in Social and Cultural Education (Amsterdam). Did a Post-graduate Program on Educational Theory of Drama and a Post-graduate program Professional Development and Coaching. Over recent years I have broadened and deepened my expertise. I am a Master Practitioner, Trainer and Coach in Neuro Linguistic Programming or NLP, Master Practitioner Hypnotherapy (Singapore). Internationally certified in the Proficiency Training® and the Model of Freedom (Cultural Awareness Programme), MBTI and other personality tools.
