Following Finalsite's 2013 acquisition of Silverpoint, I led efforts that completed the successful integration of Silverpoint customers, employees, methods, code and IP into Finalsite, resulting in the retention of over 95% of customer accounts, 85% of employees, and over 100% of projected revenue and a combined team of more than 100 employees across four offices.

Silverpoint developed CMS and LMS software for schools, provided under a SaaS model with consulting, marketing, and design services layered on top.As co-founder of Silverpoint and the company's COO, I managed day-to-day operations, designed our innovative business practices, and led the following departments: Product Management, Consulting & Project Management, Client Services & Support, Production (FEWD), Network Administration, Accounting & Finance, HR, Legal, and QA, and contributed to Sales, Marketing, Data Services, and Design efforts. I grew Silverpoint from bootstrapped founding to millions in revenue with over 300 school clients on 6 continents and 35 employees in 3 U.S. offices. Our hosted sites pushed 10TB+ of bandwidth in serving 50mm+ pageviews per month with 99.9% uptime and our work won more than 25 design awards including Webbys, Daveys, and more. In 2013, Silverpoint was acquired by Finalsite.

Hired and managed development team. Created system specifications, user help, and marketing materials. Also participated in sales and led project deployment for customer accounts. Fifteen years later the core product continues to run with the same fundamental feature-set and many of the same customers.
