Winters of 2014, 2016• Updated CPSC’s Sharepoint database to make it consistent with archived records• Participated in CPSC's Pool and Spa Safety Program by updating and maintaining the CPSC Integrated Field System database• Maintained correspondence on CPSC’s behalf with firms that were non-compliant with CPSC standards, including firms selling cribs, ATVs, and textiles• Maintained correspondence with firms that import products and requested that they provide CPSC with manufacturer information on products seized by Customs and Border Protection• Constructed spreadsheets on the surveillance of clothing subject to the Standard for the Flammability of Clothing Textiles, as well as other manufacturer and firm compliance data from the Dynamic Case Management (DCM) Database• Performed online surveillance duties, including visiting importer and wholesaler chat rooms, group listservs, and auction sites to monitor for conformity with regulations and listings of recalled products• Assisted Compliance Officers at the Regulatory Enforcement Division in their investigations of products by making phone calls or sending out Letters of Advice to businesses• Performed a variety of clerical assignments such as recordkeeping, updating data and information in spreadsheets and databases, sorting out and organizing office files, sorting out program records and reports, compiling and updating product recall data in CPSC’s data system
