Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Supervises the functions of the Managers of IT and Office of Campus Planning and provides leadership to 100-plus staff in the facilities division including skilled trades, AV/Multi-Media, maintenance personnel, custodial staff, technical, administrative support positions and planning staff.• Formulates strategic and tactical planning for all operational areas and creates performance measures consistent with College-wide mission and… Show more Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Supervises the functions of the Managers of IT and Office of Campus Planning and provides leadership to 100-plus staff in the facilities division including skilled trades, AV/Multi-Media, maintenance personnel, custodial staff, technical, administrative support positions and planning staff.• Formulates strategic and tactical planning for all operational areas and creates performance measures consistent with College-wide mission and goals.• Assists the Chief Operating Officer with the acquisition of real estate to meet the College's demands for space and functions; develops and implements protocols for managing campus facilities including routine maintenance, special projects, and projects under the supervision of Yeshiva University• Manages the division budget of over $18 million efficiently to ensure that procurements follow appropriate rules and regulations.• Collaborates with other senior executives and deans at the College to develop and advocate for capital budgets; upgrades and improves facilities to meet Yeshiva's Master Plan and Performance Measures Process goals.• Assists the CIO and CTO for Communications in facilitating positive communications and relationships with the College and neighborhood community.• Represents the College with external parties in collaborative and negotiated relationships pertaining to planning and facilities management.• Provides overall management of the specific task and change order(s) and ensuring that the technical requirements and schedules in the task/change order are being fully supported in a timely manner• Work closely with the CIO to provide leadership in all IT Infrastructure / Operations functions.
