Look at Heat Recovery process to recover energy from the compressor heat exchanger. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence bring more sales revenue and profitability. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Grow the revenue stream through Sales and Service sales plan and maintain a targeted growth annualized return of 20%.Instrumental in the development with Key Client like Mineral Resources in which we undertook the work for the Onslow Port facility and their Truck maintenance facility project.
