Including:- overseeing all related activities in the commercial, legal, HR, operational and IT domains;- supporting the negotiation and acquisition process of the FSRU (Floating Storage and Regasification Unit) resulting in a new Joint Venture partnership;- developing and starting up the local Joint Venture organization in Hong Kong;- setting up the integrated management system incl. all it's documentation in line with ISO9001 and ISO14001- hiring & building the 17 FTE local Operations & Maintenance team;- facilitating any (future) cooperation with key stakeholders in the project.
