Our firm also focuses on construction defect claims and very high end general liability claims. • Manage large trucking cases to slip and falls. • Research and draft pleadings, discovery documents, motions, briefs, contracts, settlement agreements, and demand letters. • Appear in trials, mediations, pretrial hearings, settlement conferences, oral arguments, and hearings.• Currently responsible for all civil litigation for the firm and Bankruptcy and ERISA subrogation claims.

One of four in-house litigation attorneys in a fifteen attorney firm. Had full autonomy over case load and work with little to no supervision. Routinely handled a case load of in excess of 300 case files.• Handling personal injury litigation and construction defect issues for clients who had retained the firm. • Advising clients in the areas of Bankruptcy, including all issues dealing issues regarding to Chapter 7, 13, and 11 filings. Also advised clients on HIPPA and ERISA issues. • Partnered with medical professionals on a regular basis to help determine clients’ needs, provide maximum monetary results and to enhance the firm’s current relationships, as well as, cultivating new business.• Researched and drafted pleadings, discovery documents, motions, briefs, contracts, settlement agreements, and demand letters.

Provided a broad range of legal services in the largest personal injury firm in the State of Georgia. Main focus area was in plaintiff's personal injury litigation but we also worked in construction defect claims and the pre-litigation for a partner firm handling class action claims regarding toxic tort and asbestos litigation Represented clients from all over the State of Georgia, including but not limited to, Atlanta, Macon, Columbus, Augusta, Savannah, Gainesville, Valdosta, and numerous rural areas. The firm was also involved in representing our clients in all aspects of subrogation issues regarding Chapter 7, 13, and 11 filings. Averaged 1.2 million dollars in legal fees annually. Settled multiple cases, with total values in excess of $800,000.  Responsible for handling Florida PIP cases.

Provided a broad range of legal services in a busy practice with offices in both Georgia and Ohio. Main focus area of law was in civil litigation with approximately 85% of our business focused in said area. Also provided legal counsel in the realms of securities arbitration, business and regulatory compliance, criminal defense and immigration. Have appeared in litigation cases before both Ohio and Georgia State Courts. Built practice from $0 to $750,000 annually. Resolved over 250 civil litigation matters during the existence of the practice. Represented a start-up company in assisting with regulatory compliance and an overall business plan.

Managed all litigation originating in the firm. Participated in all aspects of civil litigation in both State and Federal Courts including research, investigations, drafting, court appearances, discovery, and negotiations. Also practiced in the area of securities arbitration. Maintained frequent contact with clients, attorneys, and court officials. Also responsible for handling all matters for our firm’s corporate clients with general corporate matters, as well as, those that were presently in Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. Negotiated the second-largest settlement in the firm’s history. Doubled the firm’s revenue by opening a satellite office. Developed the firm's first standardized procedures for use in case management.

Practiced in the area of bankruptcy law for a Chapter 7 Trustee run commercial litigation firm. Conducted legal research and drafting. Assisted the Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee, performing all aspects related to bankruptcy and commercial litigation, as well as, assisted other partners in insurance defense litigation and coverage disputes. Provided legal counsel on more than 400 bankruptcy adversary proceedings. Recovered over $300,000 for a bankruptcy estate in a single action. Negotiated $1 million in waivers of proof of claims against a bankruptcy estate.
