• This position within the Security Office is responsible for working with members of the Security Engineering & Architecture team to evaluate, design, implement, manage, and maintain technical security controls and technologies within Colonial’s IT and OT environments.• Maintains and evaluates the cyber security environment including access controls, assessments, mitigation, detection, responses, training, and awareness.• Recommends solutions to improve Colonial’s cybersecurity posture.  Assists in continuous improvement of business continuity and disaster recovery.• Effective Splunk Administrator/Architect with the ability to quickly troubleshoot issues that may arise with Splunk Instances or Integrations.

• Responsible for working with senior members of the Security Engineering and Architecture teams to evaluate, design, implement, manage, and maintain technical security controls and technologies within Colonial’s IT and OT environments.• Recently led successful company-wide Splunk deployment and SIEM migration, implementing a hybrid architecture of Splunk Cloud and Enterprise Instances on both Windows and Linux.• Responsible for managing/maintaining a variety of platforms.• Effective Splunk Administrator/Architect with the ability to quickly troubleshoot issues that may arise with Splunk Instances or Integrations.
