 Drive the Global Repair Services Supply Chain to best-in-class performance through proactive management of OEMs, Contract Manufacturers, Third Party repair and reverse logistics service providers.  Recommend and implement repair initiatives to reduce cost, develop regional repair capability, improve customer service and drive consistency across the repair service supply chain and reverse logistics operations.  Implement standardized vendor metrics reporting across key vendors.  Generate, manage, and track vendor purchase orders in support of Repair & Spares services. Audit and approve invoices against vendor POs.  Track and report cost reduction initiatives contributing towards achievement of Global Services cost reduction objectives. Exceeded Global cost reduction targets (Target: US$10M to Actuals: US$18M. Develop and maintain positive working relationship with Nortel service vendors and 3PLs. Manage global back end warranty entitlement process in North America and EMEA, which resulted in US$4M warranty clawback. CALA Supply chain process simplification project per SLA commitments  (Depot Closures: Ecuador, Guatemala and Colombia with cost reduction US$15M) Implemented same serial international repairs in Brazil, which resulted in US$2M cost reduction per year. Perform 3rd party repair vendor qualification and audit to ensure compliance and quality. Host internal quarterly business reviews with internal customers and suppliers. Ensure integrity with the system interface on business to business protocols and transactions with vendor system/tools.
