* At CAT I am the Primary contact for Dealer in the European and middle east region for Energy and Transportation order fulfilment queries. * My job includes Order follow-up; entry-build-delivery-invoice and maintaining communication liaison between factory, divisional work team, and customer. * Following up with factories, shipping arrangements in close cooperation with forwarders, issuance of shipping documentation, certification, handling letters of credit and invoicing.* Ensuring queries I get as an AC will be assigned to supporting processes used within the Orders group such as finished goods stock processes, insurance claims, website updates, department documentation and reports.* Maintaining a working knowledge of all on-line prime product sales related systems used for processing dealer orders, reporting sales, shipping and collection. (SAP,EOMP,CBS)* Managing regional specific activities where appropriate – e.g. approval of discounts, Commercial Invoice Processing, Supplemental invoices etc.* Managing completion of own work assignments and coordinating with others in the team environment to meet rigid completion dates for proposal responses.* Travelling to dealer premises to train new staff, introduce new processes, deliver presentations etc

▪ Managing global team to ensure balanced workload, hand-offs and proper coverage is maintained with Leading broadcasters, OTTs, distributors and content creators.▪ Coordinating with all departments and foreign affiliates during the planning and execution phases for films and TV series for major motion pictures studio's.▪ Proactively identify potential issues/problems with ongoing projects, formulate communications and solutions with stakeholders and clients.▪ Ensure roll-outs are communicated to all stakeholders and monitored regularly to ensure compliance.▪ Acting as a liaison between all affiliate offices and other partner groups, obtaining and circulating all necessary information▪ Prepare and communicate pricing quotes and estimates with client. before submitting projects to the studio.▪ Maintaining and updating the internal database and internal network for all requirements needed for timely and accurate financial reporting and billing.▪ Processing and delivering priorities as required to meet client expectations.

• Handling the client's emails, queries and updating process requirements on a specialized portal called as Confluence.• To analyse the overall process and procedure on regular basis and update the team by sending alerts to staff if necessary.• Focused on working together by conducting background screening for Individuals in Europe and US.• Fraud investigation for various elements like International criminal and credit checks, Basic disclosure, Identity and Passport checks for the new hires.• Performing the overall background screening of our clients employee's by making the data 100% accurate before sending final report.• Conducting huddles, team meetings and Hr activities for the team.• Sending productivity and Transaction per hour reports.

• Engaging the right set of merchants on board for B2C delivery services, under the E-commerce and Food & Beverage (F&B) category.• Constantly engaging in conversations with clients across India for possible business partnerships.• Interacting with merchants who we tie up for Client relationship and Customer retention management.• Involved in conducting brainstorming sessions to get a detailed understanding of the client requirements in the services sector.• Involved in handling large size database in order to generate leads.• Performance of the CRM tool known as Pipedrive.
