Within this organization I worked in the Department of Formulation and Management of Construction Projects, focused on capturing budget for infrastructure of the national government of Colombia through: Governations, City Halls and the Department of Social Prosperity (DPS). The developed activities were: Elaboration of Executive Summary, Applied General Methodology of Projects, Delimitation of Projects, Coordination of the disciplines of the project: Architecture, Engineering and Electricity, Budget Review, Elaboration of Plans - Memory of Calculations Hydrosanitary Systems and Fire Systems of buildings: revision and quantification of work quantities. In addition to supervising the execution of hydro-sanitary works when assigned.Achievements:* Formulation of 69 projects for the Caribbean Region and Urabá Antioqueño.* Approval by the Department of Social Prosperity of: 9 projects with a total budget amount of: 7.373.193,28 USD.* Approval by the Governorate of Bolívar of: 4 projects with a total of budget amount of: 1.760.563,38 USD

Process Engineer in Oil & Gas Movements and the Platforming Unit (UOP CCR Technology) of CRP."System Evaluation Condensate Tanks Liquid Sulphur and Asphalt at Amuay Refinery"This evaluation consisted in: quantifying of the monetary losses result not use the clean condensate, developing mass and energy balance using spreadsheets."Updating Hydrocarbon Relief System La Botija at Cardon Refinery"This updating consisted in: review of isometric and mechanical data relief valves in Luboil Unit Plants PDA-1 and PDA-2, addition Distillation Unit N° 2."Revamp Evaluation of Platforming Unit (UOP CCR Technology) Distillation Columns at Cardon Refinery"This evaluation consisted in: Stripper C-101, Naphta Separator C-102 and Debutanizer C-103 simulation using Pro/II and hydraulic calculatios with KG-Towers and PEGASYS to normal load 45 MBD and revamp 54 MBD; on the other hand heat transfer calculations of condensers, reboilers and preheaters those columns using Hextran for these two cases. All to determine performance of those equipments.
